- Program Specialists can help research patient-specific benefits and answer any questions related to coding and coverage for MONJUVI
In the event of a claim denial, My MISSION Support can research the denial reason and assist you in your preparation of your appeal submission.
My MISSION Support offers a wide variety of tools to support appropriate billing, coding, and product access.
Once the appeal is submitted, My MISSION Support Program Specialists can follow up with the insurer until a coverage determination is made.
Billing & Coding Guide / Sample Claim Forms
Utilizing the appropriate codes on claim forms is required to obtain timely and appropriate reimbursement for any product. As a new product, MONJUVI will require the use of unspecified J codes for the first 6 to 9 months.

It is with this in mind that Mary has dedicated her career to developing tools and resources to help patients get access to the medications they need. The care and support of patients along their treatment journey is her passion.
"My job is to provide a road map for both patient and caregivers to ease access to treatment."
Samantha oversees the day-to-day delivery of the My MISSION Support Program, including the customer service call center and the Field Access and Reimbursement Managers working in local markets.
